Fraud Prevention Officer 1st line

We are seeking an experienced Fraud Prevention Officer to join a leading international financial services company in a hands‑on, operational role. This 1st Line position is central to detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraud across leasing and asset finance portfolios.

You will:

• Act as the first point of contact for potential fraud cases and coordinate with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Risk teams.
• Analyze fraud signals, investigate incidents, and implement preventive or corrective measures.
• Maintain and optimize fraud prevention tools and systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Share insights, conduct training, and drive awareness of emerging fraud risks across the organization.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, providing actionable insights to strengthen fraud controls.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in operational risk, fraud prevention, or credit risk , ideally within leasing/asset finance.
• Hands‑on, structured, and proactive, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience with fraud detection systems and operational risk reporting is highly desirable.

This is a stand‑alone, visible role with direct reporting to senior management.
