This is a full‑time on‑site role that blends guest relations, hands‑on administrative support and event coordination – a great opportunity to grow your skills in a global company.

Position responsibilities

  • Provide professional reception and guest services: greet visitors, manage access, and ensure the lobby is welcoming and polished.
  • Handle phones, emails and postal/shipping enquiries with timely courteous routing and follow‑up.
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms and shared workspaces.
  • Support preparation and on‑site coordination of meetings, conferences and guest events (internal and external).
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers for events, office maintenance and logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory (ordering, receiving, storing and distributing stationery, kitchen and printer supplies).
  • Maintain information in electronic systems, assist with simple data collection and reporting.
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding tasks.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, near misses and incidents.
  • Perform other administrative duties and support project tasks as required.

Basic Qualifications (What we’re looking for)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English (English is the primary working language).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SharePoint.
  • Professional presence and a customer‑service mindset confident representing the company as the first point of contact.
  • Able to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organization and time‑management skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail and a team‑player mentality.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)

  • Formal training or qualification in administration, secretarial studies or equivalent (e.g., Abitur, Fachabitur, commercial apprenticeship).
  • Experience in hospitality, travel facility services or a multinational corporate setting.

Practical details

  • Location: Hamburg – full time, 100% office‑based.
  • A navy‑blue corporate uniform will be provided; a dress code applies for Front of House staff.
  • Candidates must live in the Hamburg area or be willing to relocate at their own expense; relocation assistance is not provided.
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visas; candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Germany.
  • Compensation and benefits are set locally (not on Boeing U.S. payroll).
