Job Description

As a Front of House Agent at Moxy, you are responsible for helping guests and creating positive experiences for them during their stay. During a shift, you may perform multiple roles, including Front Desk Attendant, Bartender, and Chef. Your tasks include checking guests in and out, promoting the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy program, managing room inventories, bills, and payments, preparing meals and beverages, serving guests hospitably, and maintaining the Back of House areas.

You must follow all safety, food safety, licensing, and health policies, and always provide excellent customer service. You typically work with one or two other agents and a supervisor during your shift.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Good knowledge of customer relations
• Willingness to perform various hospitality tasks
• Proficiency in German and English
• Venturous, humble, helpful, and approachable attitude
