Your qualifications

8+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP TM
Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP TM implementations, preferably in S/4
Deep expertise in embedded TM in S/4 (preferred) or decentralized TM
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes
Experience with integration points including:
SD delivery integration
EWM integration (warehouse execution)
Familiarity with Fiori apps relevant to TM (planning, execution, monitoring)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to challenge business requirements and guide toward standard solutions
Experience working in global, multi-release transformation programs
Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional workstreams
English C1 & German (B2)

Your tasks

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP TM solutions aligned with business requirements and S/4 best practices
Facilitate business workshops to gather, challenge, and document transportation and logistics requirements
Configure SAP TM processes including:
Freight Order Management
Transportation Planning & Optimization
Carrier Selection & Tendering
Freight Costing & Settlement
Charge Management and Calculation Sheets
Ensure seamless integration with core modules such as: SD (Order-to-Cash), MM (Procurement & Inbound Logistics), EWM (Warehouse Management), FI/CO (Costing & Settlement)
Drive the adoption of standard S/4 TM capabilities, minimizing custom developments
Support master data design (e.g., transportation lanes, resources, charge structures)
Lead functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams
Oversee system testing cycles (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and business validation
Support cutover planning, data migration, and go-live activities
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
