Your role

• Investment team support: monitoring of product guidelines, managing cash and credit lines
• Administrator and custodian oversight: verification of the net asset value and fee calculations. Review of balance sheet, portfolio valuation, profit and loss statements.
• Data maintenance and quality assurance: monitoring and processing of transaction entries, client flows, NAV reconciliation, valuation updates as well as cash and non-cash postings.
• Preparation and verification of client and regulatory reports
• Management of operational product lifecycles

Your team

You’ll be working in the Product Services team in Poland within the Unified Global Alternatives business unit. Globally this team is responsible for the oversight of registered funds and private funds in alternative trading strategies. The team is tasked with ensuring that the accuracy and quality of data and reporting produced, both internally and externally, meets all requirements. You will be supporting products in the Alternative Funds space, managed globally.

Your expertise

• Good head for figures and paying careful attention to details
• A high sense of responsibility, self‑managed, intrinsically motivated and proactive
• Experience in guidelines monitoring and cash/credit management
• Solid Excel skills
• Good understanding in implementation of automation / AI solutions concepts
• Programming knowledge (e.g. Python, SQL) is favoured
• Bachelor’s degree with subject focus on finance or accounting preferred
• Financial background and experience with fund of funds structures
• Good English communication skills, verbally and written
