Your Profile: Do You Have What It Takes?

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 and a height of at least 1.60 meters.
Business‑fluent English is essential. Proficiency in German or other languages is a valuable advantage.
Ability to reach your base at Cologne/Bonn Airport within 90 minutes for on‑call duties.
A high degree of commitment, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for serving people.
Flexibility regarding working hours, schedules, and destinations—no two weeks are the same in aviation.
A well‑groomed, professional appearance paired with a pleasant, engaging personality.
Strong teamwork and social skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
Practical IT skills with access to a PC, and a mobile phone for communication.
A passport with unlimited validity. For non‑EU citizens, a valid German residence and work permit are required.
