We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our international marketing team, you'll be responsible for optimizing online advertising campaigns that reach millions of users every day.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing data trends, performance indicators, and market insights to inform campaign strategies. You'll also work closely with internal account teams to drive shared goals and collaborate with clients to achieve optimal results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1–C2) and confidence in English (B2+).

• Minimum 1 year of digital marketing experience (preferably Google Ads)

• Mindset & Interpersonal Skills: Analytical, proactive, results-oriented mindset along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid EU passport or Portuguese residence card required.
