• German C1 level minimum (or high B2)
• English B2 level minimum
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• EU Citizenship
