German-speaking talents

Your Responsibilities Support customers via

phone, email, or chat Answer questions related to products, services, or orders Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Update customer information in internal systems Work closely with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction

Your Profile German language at C1 level or higher English is an advantage Previous customer service experience is a plus, but

not required Communicative, solution-oriented, and team-focused EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece

This role is also suitable for junior candidates

The Offer Salary & Bonuses (example to illustrate earnings) Base salary:

€1,300 gross/month (paid 14 times per year) Training completion bonus:

€500 gross (one-time payment) Monthly accommodation support:
