Your Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email, or chat Answer questions about products, orders, or services Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Document and update customer information in internal systems Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile Excellent

German skills (C1 minimum) Good

English skills (B2 minimum) Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus Communicative, solution-oriented, and a true team player EU citizenship

or a valid

work permit for Portugal
