In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support and building a positive community for our German-speaking users across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and professional support to users through social media channels in German
• Engage actively with the online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews
• Monitor community interactions to identify trends and potential issues, escalating them to the appropriate departments
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to contribute to engaging social media content
• Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices to optimize community engagement strategies
• Assist in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all users

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must; English proficiency is an additional advantage
• Previous experience in customer support, especially within a social media context, is preferred
• A strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community engagement features
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address user concerns empathetically and effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to effectively handle inquiries and issues
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and relevant software applications
