German Speaking Customer Service Representative (Relocation to Greece)

This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultancy on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece.

It is a Customer Service role requiring fluency in German language, supporting large, well-known global brands in e-commerce, consumer electronics, digital services, and financial platforms (e.g. Dyson, Disney, Zalando, PayPal, Booking.com, Viva Wallet, Daimler Truck).

We need German native or fluent speakers. You will support your language -speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues in line with client procedures
• Document interactions in internal systems
• Meet defined quality and productivity targets
• Escalate complex cases when required

Work Location

• On-site roles: Athens, Greece
• Remote roles: work from anywhere in Greece after registration

Working Hours

• Full-time schedules, standard office hours
• Evening or weekend shifts may apply depending on the project

Trial Period

• Two-month trial period from the start date

Requirements

• Full fluency (C1–C2) in German language
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• EU citizenship is mandatory (non-Greek residence permits are not accepted)
• Customer service experience is not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
