Your Mission

As our German Support Expert, you are the face of the brand. Youll solve problems, build trust, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience.

• Multichannel Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Solving: Identify needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions.
• Case Management: Document interactions and elevate technical queries to the right experts.
• Quality Excellence: Meet and exceed KPIs to maintain world-class service standards.

What You Bring to the Table

• Language Mastery: Native or Fluent German (C1–C2) and solid English (B2) .
• Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 environment) to support our global users.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate internal systems efficiently.
• Right to Work: You must hold an EU Passport or a valid Greek Work Permit .
