Your Role

• Provide support to German-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements

• C1 level German language skills
• B2 English
• EU citizenship or legal work authorization in Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon as soon as possible
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
