Salary: £30,800 + bonus

About the Role

This is a commercial, high-impact role within the Performance Influencer Team – the growth engine driving influencer sales, marketing, and campaigns. You’ll take full ownership of discovering and managing creators of all sizes across multiple platforms, delivering campaigns that boost traffic, awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage influencers, creators, and celebrities to deliver high-performing campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partners.
• Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive your ideas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
