Overview
Digital Operations Centers (DOC) at TK Elevator translate data into actionable insights for our service and sales workforce in field operations, aiming to improve the performance of customers’ elevators and escalators. We run DOCs in multiple locations worldwide and assemble a team of experts in elevator domain, data and field operations to facilitate global learning across Americas, Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with global DOC leadership.
- Improve processual and organizational setup of the global DOC collaboration model.
- Develop and maintain regular reports on progress and effectiveness of globally distributed DOCs.
- Conduct market‑intelligence research on peer competition and industry approaches similar to DOC at TK Elevator.
- Create training and communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint and video) to explain DOCs to the wider TK Elevator organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, technical or engineering program, or a comparable subject.
- At least two years of professional experience with exposure to process and organization design in a consulting or corporate role.
- High proficiency in the core MS Office suite, ideally with additional Power BI skills.
- Understanding of the B2B service context.
- Competence in data analysis and passion for data‑driven, business‑focused innovation in industrial services.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
