Global ERP Program Director An exceptional opportunity to lead the global Oracle Cloud Fusion Program for a high-performance technology company that protects water quality around the world and is undertaking an extensive multi-year digital transformation initiative.

This highly visible 6–9-month contract will suit an ERP Program Director who has delivered multiple largescale, international in-house Cloud ERP implementations (in partnership with large SIs), has exceptional leadership, change & project management skills, and ideally has German language ability. Oracle Fusion ERP experience is advantageous.

Based remotely in Europe (ideally Germany), the

Global ERP Program Director

will lead the Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation in partnership with a Big 4 System Integrator. This involves consolidating 9 ERPs, driving the project team through all phases of the implementation and rolling out across EMEA.

This role requires extensive project/programme management expertise, a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Applications to drive business solutions and process improvements, and the leadership, change management and communication skills to enable effective digital transformation.

Essential Functions

Program Direction Establish fact-based understanding of current program state and options Define and secure agreement on forward program strategy and operating model Re-establish, verify, and enforce governance structure, decision rights and escalation pathways

Executive and Stakeholder alignment Engage sponsors and senior stakeholders to align on outcomes, priorities and trade-offs Lead steering forums and decision processes Resolve cross-functional and regional conflicts impacting progress

Vendor/SI and commercial oversight Hold system integrator and key vendors accountable through governance and milestone reviews Lead executive vendor escalation discussions Ensure clarity of deliverables, acceptance criteria, and ownership

Risk, financial, and outcome oversight Oversee program baseline (scope, schedule, funding) Maintain visibility of critical risks, and mitigation strategies Ensure business readiness, adoption strategy, and benefits framework are defined

The Ideal Candidate

10+ years of ERP experience in MNC organizations, delivering end-to-end, complex, largescale >$50m programs (ideally global), involving the management of external SI partners Must also have Cloud ERP implementation experience Excellent Project Management and Change Management. A seasoned leader of large, diverse regional groups (>100+ associates) Superior interpersonal and communication skills, the utmost integrity, and humility Oracle Fusion experience and a consulting background are both advantageous but not critical Currently based in Europe (ideally Germany) and optimally have fluent/advanced German language skills Able to start imminently (ideally 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks)
