Global FP&A Director F H Management de transition 6 mois

The client is searching for a Global FP&A Operations Director to lead a transitional management mission within a prominent industrial and manufacturing sector. This role requires structuring the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function amidst a transformative phase supported by SAP systems and a leveraged buyout context. The director's primary responsibility will be to standardize, harmonize, and ensure the reliability of global FP&A processes while driving financial analyses related to margins, costs, operational performance, and cash flow.

The role involves enhancing data integrity, coherence, and comparability, optimizing SAP tools and practices for financial steering, and ensuring robust and actionable reporting for upper management. The director will also foster coordination among local, regional, and central teams, establish FP&A standards suitable for an international industrial group, and provide strategic recommendations within the demanding LBO environment. Additionally, contributions to the enhancement of budgeting and forecasting processes and delivering comprehensive, reliable, and inclusive analyses to stakeholders are expected.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in global FP&A management, proficiency with SAP, analytical acumen, and the ability to structure complex environments within industrial and LBO contexts. The role demands collaboration, inclusive communication, adaptability, and thoroughness. This is a six-month transitional management mission offering direct collaboration with international executive teams in a SAP-driven, industrial group setting.
