The following opportunities await you:

• Develop, implement, and measure effective marketing and sales strategy to facilitate mid-term and long-term business growth (market share and new market) for the Heraeus Epurio Clevios business
• Responsible for developing a mid- and long-term sales pipeline, including the generation of new leads as well as the prioritization and management of opportunities within the CRM system.
• Be the key person to negotiate and conclude contract/agreement with customers
• Provide leadership to global team members to achieve company sales targets and develop and implement business plans and sales pipelines that align with the short‑ and long‑term mission and vision of Heraeus Epurio
• Execute and develop sales budget as a short term based on income status and market contribution for Heraeus Epurio and long-term growth plan
• Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitors to generate actionable insights and translate them into targeted go‑to‑market strategies that strengthen the company’s position within each key account
• Communicate and co-work with cross function departments and production sites to achieve company target
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement by applying operational excellence methodologies

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Material Science. Holding an MBA or EMBA degree is helpful
• Many years of full responsibility in sales, marketing or business development roles and in the organic chemicals market too
• Demonstrated success in sales, marketing and managerial roles within a commercial organization; experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
• Ability to achieve results from action plans deriving from solid strategic thinking and experience in successfully leading a sales and customer service team
• Ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams across time zones and cultures
• Proven ability to build high‑performance sales cultures with clear accountability and measurable success metrics, combined with demonstrated strength in coaching, talent development, and succession planning
• Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across complex matrix organizations without formal authority
• Fluent in business English, German is a plus.
• This role requires frequent international travel. The position holder may be based in Germany, any other European Union member state, the Greater China region or Singapore
