Global Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service strategies, manage customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with all service areas, operations, sales, legal and technical departments to develop various strategies.
• Drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote the company's services and win‑win claim settlements to assigned clients.
• Serve as high‑level point of contact for clients, providing coordinated communication (one voice) and access to the company’s products and services.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities, building personal rapport with client contacts to be seen as a trusted advisor.
• Define strategy for assigned accounts (constant process).
• Review client financials and regularly meet with senior executives to understand their longer‑term strategies; lead high‑level operation/technical forums with client leadership.
• Act as mediator in escalation/claims, seeking win‑win compromises.
• Identify relevant sales opportunities, promote organization awareness, and ensure profitable business.
• Negotiate major technical issues agreements (warranty extension, etc.) and frame agreements.
• Ensure client instructions/contractual obligations are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

Profile / Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 10+ years experience in service operations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive, great team player and humble.
• Result‑oriented, resilient, responsible, and organized.
• Empathetic and able to find win‑win compromises.
