Global Process Leader (m/f/d) - Operations and Supply Chain (Global Business Services)

Your Responsibilities

The role can be filled in all Olympus locations in EMEA.

  • Global process ownership and harmonization of Level 1 and Level 2 Operations & Supply Chain processes
  • End-to-end process design, standard setting and reduction of regional variants
  • Process governance, controls and defined decision rights aligned to risk, compliance and quality
  • ERP and enterprise transformation enablement, including ERP process design and change oversight
  • Post-ERP process stabilization, optimization and enterprise adoption
  • Digital-first and AI enablement, including AI, automation and agentic solution prioritization and rollout
  • Process excellence and AI-as-a-service capability building in partnership with the GBS Innovation Hub
  • Transition to an AI-augmented operating model with human orchestration and exception handling
  • Performance management and value realization, including KPI definition, monitoring and benefits tracking
  • Continuous improvement and measurable value delivery from transformation initiatives
  • Service delivery and sourcing collaboration, including integration of captive, outsourced and digital-first models
  • Coordination of distributed resources, hubs, site leads and BPO partners for consistent execution

Your qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years in global Operations and Supply Chain process ownership, shared services or transformation roles
  • Demonstrated leadership in ERP-enabled process transformation and post-implementation stabilization
  • Proven track record in process standardization, automation and AI adoption
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations with captive and outsourced delivery models
  • Expertise in global service delivery models (follow-the-sun, shared services, BPO)
  • Deep Operations and Supply Chain end-to-end process expertise
  • Strong process excellence, Lean and digital transformation capabilities (RPA, AI, ERP, case management)
  • Advanced stakeholder influencing, executive engagement and change leadership skills
  • Analytical orientation with data-driven decision-making, KPI management and benefits realization
  • Financial and commercial acumen, including budget, contract and vendor management
  • Talent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills; flexibility for international travel and non-standard hours
