You Will Do:

• Own and execute the whole recruitment process from Ad creation, hiring manager alignment, active sourcing, initial screening, and coordination with internal stakeholders to offer management
• Hiring across Finance, Procurement, IT, Marketing, Sales and other functions for TCG in Asia, Europe, and Dubai
• Actively scout for exceptional talent across various platforms, leveraging both traditional and creative sourcing strategies
• Network and build robust relationships within the industry to create a pipeline of top candidates for present and future roles
• Communicate frequently and proactively to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest tech and trends in recruitment to attract top talent
• Be Tech-savvy : You are confident using AI as your Co-Pilot and make data-driven decisions
• Represent the Company at Job fairs and support our online presence to attract candidates

Preferred Background:

• Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, ideally focused on international markets
• Experience working with Candidates and Stakeholders from entry-level to Management
• Hard Skills: Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using AI throughout all Recruiting steps
• Experience matching skill evaluation through proven assessment methods
• Fluent In English
• Soft Skills: Organized and strategic, with a knack for managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently. A communication maestro with the ability to sell our vision to potential candidates. You think in systems, act with clarity, and keep calm even when things get dynamic
