Graphic Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team to build easy‑to‑use and coherent user experiences for all platform users. You will be responsible for the look and feel of our different products including our reward site myCashery ( the ayeT‑Studios platform with dashboards for advertisers, publishers and admins, and our consumer‑facing ad monetization solutions. You will be part of the team that decides how our brand is perceived by our clients, directly affecting corporate identity.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces for various platforms, including the reward site
• Design sales materials, ad creatives, and website content, including success stories, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients and prospects, driving engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all platforms and products to ensure brand consistency and coherence.
• Conduct research on industry trends, user preferences, and competitor offerings to inform design decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and performance metrics to continuously improve product design and usability.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company's brand identity by proposing innovative design concepts and strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Stay updated on emerging design tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance productivity and creativity in design workflows.
• Demonstrate a passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Skill Set:
• Adobe Illustrator (for creating great graphics used across our products)
• Adobe InDesign (for creating high quality sales documents and success stories)
• Adobe Photoshop (for photo editing)
• Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere (for creating great videos and animations)
• Figma (for UI/UX design of our products)
• An eye for design and a natural instinct for creating great visuals
• Able to show projects that you worked on before and explain what drove your decision for and against a certain design
• You are curious and motivated to learn new things
