Group Financial Accounting Manager

We have partnered with a market leading, high growth International business based in Munich, to appoint their new Group Financial Accounting Manager to support their continued expansion and transformation.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of group consolidations across multiple international territories including the UK, US, and European entities, ensuring accurate conversion from local GAAP to IFRS. You will lead the implementation of a new consolidation tool and establish consistent, scalable reporting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving group consolidations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting from local GAAP into IFRS.
• Coordinating with external advisors on group transfer pricing, ensuring alignment across reporting and compliance requirements.
• Implementing and maintain robust, scalable finance processes to support international operations.
• Partnering with internal senior stakeholders on ad hoc initiatives, providing financial insight and recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, improve controls, and support decision-making at the group level.
• Leading the roll‑out and adoption of consolidation tool, enhancing efficiency and data integrity.
