Responsibilities

• Lead technical controlling processes, data, and systems for the Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC).
• Oversee the future S/4‑based system landscape for FI and CO modules, including development aligned with Business Process Modeling (BPM) and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead the SAP S/4 change for FI and CO and roll‑out in legal entities.
• Collaborate closely with the Robert Bosch central, HC‑Business digital office to implement business concepts in the system landscape.
• Drive the digital transformation of HC and serve as FI/CO consultant to ensure timely go‑live of S/4.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Process Management or comparable.
• Several years of experience in controlling or finance with comprehensive process know‑how in SAP ERP FI and CO modules and ideally connected process areas (e.g., SD, MM).
• Experience in creating process requirements and process chains.
• Knowledge of project management methods (e.g., PEP, agile) and proven experience in implementing projects.
• First leading experience.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders; self‑confident, result‑oriented, responsible, structured, analytical, and business‑oriented.
• Strong enthusiasm to actively support the transformation in finance and controlling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; willingness to learn German.
