Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Group Leader Production Planning leads and optimizes the supply chain to guarantee Just-In-Time production, ensures product availability, reduces inventory, and meet customer deadlines in a demanding industrial environment.

Develop, monitor, and adjust production plans in coordination with planning and production teams
Prioritize customer orders and coordinate Just-In-Time (JIT) flows
Analyze production capacity and propose optimization plans
Supervise order follow-up and guarantee delivery deadlines
Manage stock levels (shortages, overstock, obsolescence)
Analyze logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions
Supervise, train, and motivate logistics team
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and internal procedures

Your Profile

Master in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or equivalent
Required experience: minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a globally operating, manufacturing environment, ideally within the wiring‑harness or automotive supplier industry
Very good English and French Skills (written and spoken)
Experience in guiding, leading and supervising employees, as well as the ability to motivate the team
Strong focus on staff development and experience in training team members is beneficial
Competence in partnering with and supporting Management across all hierarchical levels
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and perform in complex, cross‑functional environments
Solid background in leading and managing change processes and projects
Team spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time‑management skills combined with a solution‑oriented mindset
Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
