Group Leader Quality Assembly (m/f/d)

Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Group Leader Quality Assembly leads and coordinate quality activities for preproduction and assembly, controls product conformity, supervises procedures and quality indicators, manage team resources, propose and track corrective actions and improvement projects, and provides internal and client support.

  • Monitor control specifications for raw materials and finished products
  • Plan and supervise quality control activities
  • Evaluate application of quality procedures and specifications
  • Control product conformity according to regulations and internal standards - Develop and update control procedures and techniques
  • Ensure full traceability of production batches
  • Analyze anomalies, non-conformities, and claims
  • Prepare budget for area of responsibility
  • Propose and monitor preventive and corrective quality actions - Control and analyze quality performance indicators
  • Participate in development of quality methods and tools - Train and raise awareness of services on quality
  • Support clients and coordinate audits or sorting
  • Prepare quality dashboards

Your Profile

  • Master in Quality, Quality Assurance, or similar field
  • Required experience: minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in a globally operating, manufacturing environment, ideally within the wiring‑harness or automotive supplier industry
  • Very good English and French Skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in guiding, leading and supervising employees, as well as the ability to motivate the team
  • Strong focus on staff development and experience in training team members is beneficial
  • Competence in partnering with and supporting Management across all hierarchical levels
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and perform in complex, cross‑functional environments
  • Solid background in leading and managing change processes and projects
  • Team spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time‑management skills combined with a solution‑oriented mindset
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
