As a Growth Account Executive - GTM, you will helpTextbrokerand its clientsshape the future of searchbybuilding and executing strategies to make an impact.

Your Role

  • Talk to companies that feel theirSEO is losing impactandexplain howAI Search, GEO & AI visibilityreally work (without buzzwords)
  • Design and execute sales strategies that consistently outperform targets
  • Take full ownership of the sales funnel, from pipeline creation to deal closure
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers at target accounts
  • Drive negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities
  • Keep sales pipelines and forecastsaccurate, structured, and up to date
  • Leverage data and insights to refine sales processes and improve performance
  • Excel in a fast-moving, high-growth tech environment, with a hands-on mindset and no job too big or too small
  • Help define how GEO services are positioned, priced, and offered
  • Help deciding which tools are suitable to guarantee your success
  • Work closely with strategists, consultants, and delivery teams

This is not call-centersales.

It’sconsultative, smart, and future-focused.

  • Youhave2+yearsofclosingexperiencein B2B SaaSorAgencysales(experiencesellingtoMarketing and Growth Leaders a plus)
  • YouhaveexperiencesellingtoMarketingDirectors, VPs, and C-Leveldecisionmakers
  • You can explain complex topics in a simple, convincing way
  • You like building things thatdon’texist yet
  • You’recurious, structured, and not afraid to talk to people
  • You can work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • You’re(ideally)based in Berlin and connected to the local digital / startup / marketing scene
  • Youpossessboth German and English language skills and can use them in a business, technical, context

Sales experience is helpful, but mindset and understanding are more important.
