Job Description

  • Accelerate eInfochips's growth in advanced mobility technologies including electrification, ADAS, connectivity, and software‑defined vehicles.
  • Define and execute a region‑wide sales strategy targeting top automotive OEMs and Tier‑1s in Europe and the broader EMEA region.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new strategic accounts, with a strong focus on long‑cycle consultative selling in engineering and design services.
  • Leverage existing and build new high‑level relationships with C‑suite executives across leading players.
  • Grow early‑stage relationships into multi‑million‑dollar partnerships; ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with delivery, solutioning, and domain experts to tailor offerings and ensure successful program execution.
  • Build, mentor, and guide a regional sales team over time; act as the senior face of the company in EMEA automotive engagements.
  • Provide voice‑of‑customer insights, track industry developments, and stay ahead of industry trends, disruptions (e.g., EVs, ADAS, SDVs), and competitive movements to shape proactive strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the automotive engineering services or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding large strategic accounts in EMEA, especially at the C‑suite level.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and influence with OEMs and Tier‑1s.
  • Strong understanding of automotive engineering cycles, product development processes, and the evolving mobility ecosystem (EVs, AD/ADAS, software‑defined vehicles, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and lead consultative selling of technical services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and occasionally beyond.
