Head of Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development:

Lead, mentor, and empower the Electrical Engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Strategic Planning:

Co‑develop and implement departmental strategies in collaboration with our global offices to align with long‑term company goals.

Project Governance:

Oversee project lifecycles—monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines—using data‑driven KPIs to ensure peak performance.

Resource & Budget Management:

Take full ownership of budget allocation and resource planning to optimize departmental output.

Safety & Compliance:

Serve as the guardian of functional machine safety. Ensure all documentation and processes strictly adhere to

GMP/GAMP

guidelines and internal safety protocols.

Innovation & Collaboration:

Drive the proactive development of products and processes. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain a competitive edge in plant and control cabinet construction.

Requirements

Diploma in electrical engineering or similar

Min 3 years of experience as a line manager
