Your Mission – What you’ll do:

Take full responsibility for the preparation and consolidation of the group and annual financial statements of the holding and management companies, including monthly and quarterly interim reports Lead the management of participations across the group Ensure company-wide governance, particularly compliance with accounting policies Review economic and financial matters, prepare statements and decision papers for senior management Drive continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes and their system integration Oversee and develop the consolidation software systems Enhance the group’s finance reporting to provide insightful and timely information Your Profile – What we’re looking for:

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax Confident and professional appearance, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, and a high degree of discretion Deep knowledge of accounting standards, especially HGB, and proven experience in group accounting of international corporate groups Fluent English skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel domestically and internationally What makes us special as an employer?
