We can offer you the following tasks

Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for modern workplace technologies Do you thrive in an international environment enjoy driving change and empowering agile teams Then wed love to meet you!

• Collaborate closely with the Domain Lead in the development and implementation of the global IT Workplace Technology strategy
• Take ownership for the successful delivery of workplace-related projects solutions and services leading the overarching team delivery including consulting development support and operations
• Provide leadership and professional guidance for Product Owners and teams within the workplace technology area
• Manage and coordinate with international service providers to ensure stable and efficient operations of global workplace environments
• Plan and manage resources in line with budget targets and overall capacity management processes
• Promote agile ways of working within virtual teams (e.g. Products Chapters Guilds) and ensure alignment with adjacent IT domains and IT governance structures
• Support the ongoing professional and personal development of team members in line with a modern DevOps and learning culture
• Create effective and innovative working environments where global workplace delivery teams can work productively with you at the helm
• Can take adjacent tasks relevant for the delivery and support of the global IT environment which require leadership maturity
• Be an advocate of change and change readiness in dealing with IT related topics and resources

You can help us with these qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable management positions within the IT Workplace Technology domain
• Proven leadership experience managing interdisciplinary teams both disciplinary and functional in a global context
• High adaptability to change and a track record of success in large-scale change and transformation initiatives
• Experience in agile working environments and strong willingness to develop oneself and teams towards an agile mindset.
• Ability to work within pressurized environments with a flexible approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A forward-thinking mindset strong goal orientation and assertiveness
• Fluent business English skills both written and spoken (C1 level)
