Head of Procurement (m/f/d)

Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals Build, mentor, and lead a globally distributed procurement team Build a standardized procurement framework across all regions (North America, Europe, APAC, etc.) Establish procurement governance, policies, and compliance standards across the global organization Actively support tactical buying, supplier negotiations, and troubleshooting when necessary Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient sourcing for automation integration projects Implement lean procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, lead time, and variability Introduce digital procurement tools (eProcurement, spend analytics, supplier portals, etc.) to elevate efficiency and transparency Identify savings opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and should cost analysis Profile
