to define product strategy, scale the platform, and build a world-class product organization.

The Role As Head of Product, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire platform.

You will: Define and drive the long-term product strategy aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts Own the product roadmap across trading, grid integration, and platform expansion initiatives Translate complex German energy market requirements (EEG, Redispatch 2.0, balancing markets, PPAs, flexibility markets) into scalable product solutions Build and lead a high-performing product team (Product Managers, Product Owners, potentially Product Ops) Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to ensure product-market fit and scalable delivery Establish clear KPIs, product metrics, and feedback loops to drive performance and growth Represent Product at leadership and board level discussions

Requirements We’re looking for a strategic product leader with deep market understanding and execution strength. 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong experience in the German energy market (energy trading, utilities, renewable platforms, VPPs, energy SaaS, flexibility markets, etc.) Proven track record of scaling complex B2B or infrastructure-focused products Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and market mechanisms in Germany Experience leading cross-functional product development in technical environments Strong commercial instinct and ability to balance regulation, technology, and business impact Fluent in German and English

Nice to have: Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up Background in energy systems, engineering, economics, or computer science Experience with digital trading systems, APIs, or marketplace models Experience preparing product strategy materials for investors or board members
