Head of Product Design

Head of Product Design - SaaS - Munich (hybrid) - €125k-€150k

We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS scale-up (circa 100 people) that’s found strong product-market fit and is now scaling internationally.

This is a hands-on design leadership role. You’ll set the design vision and quality bar for a small, high-impact team, step in as a principal IC when needed - particularly in the early phases or on critical, complex initiatives - and hire the next phase of the team, with an expectation to bring in around three designers in the first 3–6 months.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering on AI-driven, data-heavy workflows, helping shape both the product experience and how design operates in an increasingly AI-native environment.

What we’re looking for Currently operating at Lead / Head of Design level (or ready to step up), with people management experience Strong experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products Hands-on builder who can lead, coach, and develop other designers Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Clear, concise communicator with strong product and UX instincts Interest or experience in AI-first / AI-native product development
