Advance our user-centric product roadmap and strategy together with our Chief of Product & Engineering and CEO to build the most engaging product in the digital fitness industry Deliver on our product vision by concepting and implementing engaging features that create a great user experience and contribute to our acquisition and retention goals Build, lead and empower a team of passionate product managers, contributing to our vision to empower people to lead a fit and positive life Ensure a structured and efficient implementation process, from feature conception to prioritization & product development, always ensuring a transparent process for all stakeholders Collaborate with our #teamgymondo in an open and results-oriented manner—from Engineering, Product Design, Business Development, UX Research, Content to Business Intelligence with the goal to always focus available resources on creating the best output for our subscribers and growth What you’ll bring to the team

You have an entrepreneurial ‘getting things done’ attitude - defining smart concepts and MVPs that can be rolled out, tested and further developed based on their traction You are a very structured and conceptually strong digital product enthusiast - passionate about ideating on new features as well as ensuring an efficient roll-out, excited both about the strategic and detail level You have multiple years of experience in a leadership position in product management with the know-how to build a great team and retain talent You have strong experience with mobile app platforms - ideally in a consumer-oriented subscription business and a solid understanding of related technical foundations You are a strong communicator - both exciting our team and stakeholders for the product vision and ensuring efficient written and verbal communication in your daily work Hiring process
