Your job:

• Responsible for the entire product portfolio of the product lines "Piston Rod Actuators" and "Actuator Feedback" within the Business Unit Pneumatic Motion
• Disciplinary leadership of the Product Managers and development teams as well as management of partners from Operations, Quality, and Technology Engineering Centers
• Development and implementation of the line‑specific product strategy
• Development and maintenance of a competitive and lean portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, including phase‑out and development phases as well as active portfolio management in sales
• Ensuring competitive manufacturing costs, quality, and delivery capability of the products within the scope of QCD responsibility, with a strong focus on the Chinese market
• Market‑side expansion of the product portfolio in collaboration with Business Development PNA and the Business Regions
• Responsibility for sales volume, revenue, contribution margin, and budget (TOC and investments)

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed interdisciplinary university degree (e.g., technical degree with a business focus or General Management)
• Many years of leadership experience in R&D, product management, or sales, ideally with international exposure
• In-depth market and product knowledge of the responsible portfolio, particularly in the Chinese market
• High self‑motivation and a strong drive to shape and influence
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong networking skills and assertiveness
• Negotiation‑level proficiency in English, both spoken and written
