Responsibilities

Management and organization of the production and filling of chemical products

Management and development of the production team

Ensuring delivery capability

Ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental protection

Planning and optimisation of production processes

Establishment and support of contract manufacturing processes, including customer contact

Documentation and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

Completed technical training (e.g. chemical engineer, technician, technical specialist) or comparable qualification

Several years of experience in production, ideally in the chemical industry

Leadership experience and confident manner

Knowledge of quality management, occupational safety, and environmental protection

Organisational skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team

Fluent German and English
