Your profile

Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) in a senior role within technically demanding, performance-driven industries (e.g., aerospace, energy, automotive)

Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning, and a proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch

In-depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion, as well as confident handling of measurement, simulation, and testing systems

Ability to lead, motivate, and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident interaction with the CTO

Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a high sense of responsibility

Passion for sustainable energy, technological innovation, and the advancement of disruptive technologies

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Your mission 1. Leadership & Team Management

Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams

Structured task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking

Coaching and supporting the team leads in leadership and resource planning

2. Project Management & Reporting

Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects

Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)

Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO

3. Process & Quality Management

Implementation and optimization of intra-team and cross-team processes

Further development of standards for documentation, control, and knowledge transfer

Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines

4. Technical Leadership

Development of strategies for engineering, simulation, and testing

Creation of concepts for upgrades and optimizations of test benches

Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation results
