As Head of Retail Expansion, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of our store network in Germany – with a clear focus on profitability, relevant KPIs and a compelling consumer journey. At the same time, you will coordinate our e-commerce activities in existing European markets and ensure consistent, performance-oriented omnichannel implementation. With entrepreneurial thinking, a structured approach and a genuine interest in the running market, you will drive sustainable growth.

• Leading retail expansion in Germany from strategy to store opening
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience and profitable store operations
• Implementing local brand activations and community initiatives
• Building, developing, and coordinating store teams
• Centrally coordinating e-commerce activities in existing European markets
• Aligning global e-commerce strategies with local implementation
• Networking and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams

Your profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in retail, omnichannel, or commercial roles, ideally in the sports or running sector
• Proven experience in retail expansion with P&L responsibility and stakeholder coordination in e-commerce
• Experience in international matrix organizations
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Customer-focused, brand-savvy, and with an understanding of running products and communities
• Fluent in German and English
