A leading renewable energy company is seeking a

Head of Sales

to drive business growth in battery storage (BESS) and EPC projects. This senior, client-facing role will manage a growing team and deliver revenue targets while working closely with company leadership. Key Responsibilities

Drive external sales and build pipeline for BESS & EPC projects Manage and grow a high-performing sales team Lead client relationships and represent the company externally Align closely with company leadership on strategy and KPIs Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution Qualifications

Native-level German, fluent English Experience in renewable energy sales (BESS/EPC preferred) Proven leadership & team scaling experience Comfortable with client-facing senior-level interaction Willingness to travel within Germany and occasional office attendance Salary:
