You’ll take ownership of the technical vision and execution across the organisation. This senior leadership role involves shaping long‑term technology strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving innovation across next‑generation XR platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross‑functional engineering and technology team
• Define and evolve the technology roadmap to support scalable, high‑performance XR products
• Evaluate, select, and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies
• Ensure high standards across software quality, security, reliability, and delivery
• Partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align technology with business strategy
• Manage technology budgets, resource planning, and delivery timelines
• Build external technology partnerships and stay ahead of emerging market and technology trends

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proven leadership experience in complex, technology‑driven environments (e.g., XR, VR/AR, gaming, simulation, or advanced consumer tech)
• Strong understanding of modern software and hardware architectures, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Experience scaling engineering teams, platforms, and operational processes
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, delivery‑focused mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and influence in an international setting
