Role

We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Head Therapist to join our team. As a Head Therapist you lead and train the team of Beauty Therapists, you offer the highest standard of spa treatment to our members.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments
• Lead the training of therapists and ensure services are in accordance with Soho Standards
• Support the Cowshed Management with daily operations (e.g., reporting)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stored
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Recommend and sell retail products to guests to enhance their at-home beauty routine
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve your skills and knowledge

Experience Required

• Formal training and certification in beauty therapy
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
