Help Desk Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Provide user support and resolve common desktop-related issues encountered during user operations.
2. Assist in writing and updating desktop operation and maintenance documentation to ensure its accuracy.
3. Collaborate with other IT teams on tasks related to desktop equipment.

Qualifications

Educational Background

1. Associate degree (or overseas equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

1. desktop equipment operation and maintenance, with familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS.

Certification Requirements

1. Desktop-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are preferred.

Skill Requirements

1. Familiarity with fundamental desktop equipment operation, maintenance, and management techniques.
2. Proficiency in basic desktop equipment performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Strong ability to execute security policies and assist in ensuring the security of desktop equipment.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
