Position

Assistant Manager (German: Assistent Manager m/w/d) – responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experience, overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage and analyze sales performance.
• Execute omni‑channel sales fulfillment.
• Maintain store presentation and supervise the sales floor.
• Organize in‑store and stockroom operations.
• Lead and develop the store team.
• Conduct staff training and development.

Qualifications

• University degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and German (required).
