Job Responsibilities

Beratung von Führungskräften zu verschiedenen Themen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen der zugeordneten Bereiche am Standort
Personalbetreuung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
Durchführung des Recruiting im Betreuungsbereich
Koordinierung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei zentralen HR-Prozessen wie Talent Management, Performance Management und Mitarbeiterumfragen
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Systeme
Einbindung in HR spezifische, z.T. unternehmensweite Projekte
