J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery.

With operations across Asia and rapidly expanding across Europe, we are building a scalable logistics network in Germany.

To support our growth and operational setup, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to drive HR topics on-site and act as a strong partner to the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for business leaders and local management


• Support and advise on all HR-related topics across the employee lifecycle


• Drive recruiting activities in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition


• Manage employee relations topics, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes


• Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal policies


• Support onboarding, performance management, and development processes


• Partner closely with operations to understand workforce needs and support scaling


• Contribute to building efficient HR structures and processes in a fast-growing environment

Your Profile

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field


• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role


• Strong knowledge of German labor law


• Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally


• Experience in fast-paced, international, or logistics environments is a plus


• Fluent in German and English


• Chinese language skills are a plus
