As part of the EMEA HR team, you will operate in a highly international environment, working closely with global HR colleagues to deliver high‐quality HR support to the business.This role is ideal for a hands‐on HR professional who enjoys the full breadth of generalist responsibilities, from HR advisory and employee relations to operations, compliance, and HR projects.We also welcome applications from recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, as well as junior candidates with relevant internship experience.## ## **Responsibilities*** Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, employment law, and employee relations matters* Partner with the EMEA Recruitment team to support hiring activities, including HR interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding* Support core HR lifecycle processes such as performance reviews, promotions, compensation reviews, and benefits administration* Ensure HR policies remain up to date and compliant with local legislation, while identifying opportunities for process improvement* Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance, Corporate Services, IT, and global HR teams to support HR operations, data accuracy, payroll inputs, and reporting* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including M&A change management, well‐being, remuneration, culture, engagement, and company‐wide programmes## **Requirements*** Hands‐on experience as an HR Generalist covering a broad range of HR activities* Fluency in English and German* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and complex employee relations cases* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a growing or international organisation* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business* Strong collaborative mindset and client‐focused approach when partnering with managers and HR colleagues* Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial#LI-AV1 #STOXX #HR #MIDSENIOR**What You Can Expect from Us**At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
