To keep HR running smoothly while covering an extended absence, we are looking for a hands‑on, enthusiastic HR Manager to join us on a fixed‑term basis — as soon as possible.

HR Manager (m/w/d) – Fixed-Term / Temporary Cover

As our interim HR Manager, you will step into a fully autonomous role and take over responsibility for all HR‑related matters at Keen Games. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and further improving our recruitment process
• Being a trusted point of contact for our employees and having an open ear for their concerns
• Managing employment contracts and related documentation
• Managing employee benefits, Employer of Record (EOR) relationships, plus time & vacation tracking
• Initiating projects that strengthen our company culture
• Ensuring compliance with German labor law

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has HR experience in small companies, rather than large corporations
• Is self‑driven and able to work independently
• Is comfortable stepping into a fully autonomous role from day one
• Has solid working knowledge of German labor law
• Speaks German at a native or near-native level and is fluent in English
• Is capable of delivering high‑quality results with a high level of professionalism

• A full‑time, fixed‑term contract (Zweckbefristung) covering an extended leave of absence, starting immediately. Expected duration: approx. 12–18 months
