HSEQ Manager (all genders)
Responsibilities
- Define quality requirements for electrical equipment in collaboration with Engineering, EPC, Procurement, and HSE teams.
- Support supplier selection by acting as the quality subject matter expert for electrical components and systems.
- Ensure safety compliance by contributing to safety case development and supporting investigations into incidents, non-conformances, and root causes.
- Lead quality assurance activities for assigned packages (e.g., Wind Turbines and/or Cables), including implementation of the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Manage non-conformities, including escalation, rejection, and blocking of non-compliant deliverables when required.
- Drive HSEQ strategy and compliance, embedding HSEQ systems into project operations through audits, KPIs, inspections, and reporting.
- Oversee contractors and suppliers, including audits, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement actions across the value chain.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preference for studies with technical background (e.g. Marine, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Physics, etc.) without excluding specifically any other studies.
- Proven experience in project quality assurance, ideally in offshore wind or related manufacturing industries.
- Hands‑on experience with product inspection, manufacturing or manufacturing control, quality assurance and testing of electrical components, preferably high‑voltage components or subsea transmission cables.
- Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and international quality standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fluent in English (German language skills are a plus).
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams to ensure correct product delivery and installation.
